Booking & Cancellation Policies

Treatments

  •  Prepayment is required for all bookings. A seperate Invoice from your Practitioner, will be sent to you after completing your booking.

  • Each practitioner collects their own fees, and is not directed to Pure Lotus. 

  • 100% Cancellation & No Show Fee. If you are unable to make your appointment, we do have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will have the option of rescheduling your appointment ONE time.

  • Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to Cancel

  • Please note the practitioner's personal preference for payment is found on their individual pages under their names.

  • Gift Certificates only apply to Services/Workshops/Classes offered by Carrie-Leigh Stockwell. 

  • Credit Card Payments will have an additional 2.5% Administration Fee.

Workshops

  • When registering for a Workshop or Program full pre-payment of the workshop fee will be taken at time of booking. Credit Card (2.5% fee), PayPal and E-Transfers to info@pure-lotus.ca are accepted. 

  • 100% Cancellation & No Show Fee.  If you cancel before 72 hours, you will be refunded your workshop fee, minus a $50 Administration Fee. If you cancel within 72 hours or do not show, 100% of the fee will be non-refundable. Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to advise us ahead of time. 

  • Full refunds will be provided for any workshop that does not run as scheduled due to inadequate enrollment.

Certification Classes

  • When registering for a Certification Class such as Reiki or IET, a non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking. Credit Card (2.5% fee), PayPal and E-Transfers to info@pure-lotus.ca are accepted. The balance of the class will be due 72 hours prior to first day of class. 

  • 100% Cancellation & No Show Fee. If you cancel within 72 hours or do not show, 100% of the fee will be non-refundable. Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to advise us ahead of time. 

  • Full refunds (including deposit) will be provided for any Certification Class that does not run as scheduled due to inadequate enrolment.

Private Retreat Rental

  • 50% of your Retreat Rental fee is required at time of booking. If you cancel within 72 hours or do not show, 100% of the fee will be non-refundable.
